I have seen many comments regarding that if it is safe to live if you are a foreigner or different religion etc. Antalya is one of the most multicultural metropolitan city in Turkey after Istanbul. It is very safe and people are friendly.

Is 8000 Turkish lira sufficient for a good lifestyle for 2 adults in Antalya, with all expenses such as 2 bedroom, electricity, water, internet, going out occasionally, transportation, rent a car etc?
Ali on Nov 11, 2020:
Does anyone know what’s the monthly premium for private health insurance for an expat couple in Turkey? Want to spend a few months or potentially years in Istanbul/Antalya. Also, what is the best residential neighborhoods in Antalya? Like a place close to the beach where there are plenty of restaurants and dining options. We speak Turkish, we are not very religious, a neighborhood with well educated secular residents (other retirees Turkish or foreigners would be perfect) will be ideal match. Thanks

Hi, can someone please tell me which is the best private primary school in Antalya, with British curriculums.
Amin on Dec 10, 2019:
Internet price is incorrect (on 10 Dec 2019), I am paying 86.9 try for 35Mbps with 200GB traffic monthly, from Turk Telekom (Turkcell is much better as you can access their English support easily, but in Atalanta ISP makes the contract with the building company in advance).

You can live with 5k try monthly.

I'm the owner of last comment. I was away from antalya for a while and when I came back (a month ago), I noticed that some of the prices are inaccurate, like transportaion. One-way Ticket (Local Transport) is 3.20 Lira now.

Thank you so much for providing such a precisous data for the countries around the world.
Presently living in Kas a small province of antalya at the west part of city .
The place is a bid more than expensive at all the things but ! there is almost no crime at all and everyday we hear from the speakers of municipality announcements of found/lost money telephone credit card vallet etc. so there is no practically no thief here except summer seasons sometimes happening by the outcomers. safety is its top here .However the proper kas people doesnt accept who came from outside (frm istanbul from foreign countries) so easily need at least 5 years to be accepted by them and once you accepted than everything is ok . One of the simple paradise in mediterranean which is not left many anymore .

@SAEID, you should visit websites of private universities to learn about fees as there are different prices for every school and every department. If you are not in a private university then you don't have to pay any fees to school except if you take evening lessons. You will be placed in either evening courses or day-long courses according to your success in the university exam. Evening courses has a fee of 2000 Turkish lira for a year as I know. You pay it in 200 Turkish lira installments every month in 10 months.

Hey, who knows how much the state and private universities in Antalya are, both monthly
