I think all the stats for Sicily (and other Italian regions) are quite far-fetched. You see, I was born and raised in Italy and I still live here. I've lived in different parts of Italy and the average high temperatures you put are too low. It's usually well much above 30, on the border with 40 and sometimes it goes above that. So please fix them and also lower them in the positions of them climate index as well, as Italy does NOT have a temperate climate as the vicinity to 100 index score would suggest NOR do we have low humidity (quite the contrary). I don't even understand were did you get this data. Italy is VERY HOT in summer, HOT in spring and autumn, and moderate in winter (unless you live in the mountains, which is not where most of the population is). Humidity is pretty HIGH during all warm months. I'm going to challenge your index score on Quora. I don't undestand where did you pick this data or what were you even thinking when you classified both Italy and Spain as temperate with low humidity.
