Doha is a safe place to live and enjoy, working condition for office work is good.
People are not over friendly, but well-behaved. People work here from different parts of world.
Cost of living also lower than Dubai.

The “John” guy talking about gangs & theft etc clearly has never set foot Doha. It’s one of the cleanest & high tech places you’ve encountered (you can do ally official & banking business from your phone) - even if heat and at time dust are facts - and there is *no* private gun ownership among the general public; women can walk safely at night — along the Corniche by the sea or anywhere — and people often leave cars unlicked without any issue. Lost cards & phones sre returned, too.

This city is a sh**hole.

Be prepared for the smell of rotting flesh and misery as soon as you get here. Public executions are the norm, most criminals own fully-automatic weapons, you'll get pickpocketed multiple times a day, everything in your home will be stolen from overnight, and the police is colluded with gangs and criminals.

DO NOT, under any circumstance, come to this city.

Hope it finds well.

The name above mention Dhak Bahadhur doesn't stand for good clearance for police certificate.
