#Marco on Aug 12, 2015 :
Mortgage Interest Rate in Percentages (%), Yearly is now between 1.5%+EURIBOR to 3% (fixed rate), those figures are pre-2008 crisis!
#Anonymous on Dec 30, 2012 :
The average net salary in Italy in september 2012 was 1662 e.It's impossible that Florence has just 1412.5 when it is on the national average. You are very dated.
#Mladen on Jun 05, 2012 :
In suburbs of Milan it is definitely possible to rent out apartments very cheap, I don't know if it is a case with Florence as well, but more entries will make the value for 3 bedroom apartments more reliable. Thanks
#Roberto on Jun 04, 2012 :
I think your CPI and Rental Index figures for Florence are flawed because the 3-bedroom city-centre rental figure is much too low--it defies logic. You should either get more data there or exclude that item from the total.
