Its not livable with basic salary and most companies offer basic salary even for skilled workers. Greece is awesome for rich people or tourist but not for the rest of people.

The rent is ridiculously expensive after 2020..
for a small 50-60sq apartment :
~400 euros out of the center.

I added prices for the purchase of property at 190 sm and 140 sm - this was an error as I meant 1900 sm and 1400 sm. Your data quality checker picked it up, but I could not see how to correct the error. Those numbers were an error.

Prices for property were going up before the pandemic, so we will be watching pricing for the next year or two after the pandemic.
