Hi everybody,

I am just coming back from 4 weeks from the Tampa Bay area.
Most of the prices I found in your lists, are totally different from the prices today.
Food is MUCH more expensive than in your lists.

Costs for renting are much higher as well.

All the Best

The rent listed here is severely under priced for how much apartments are currently listed for in the city center of Tampa. It would be difficult to find a nice one bedroom in the city center for less than $2,000 a month at the moment.
