I have been searching for a flat in Split, Croatia for the last year and a half. I have seen prices between 3.000 and 11.000 Euros/sqm. Your numbers seem a bit on the low side. Also, I am seeing quite a few of the properties not sold for a long time while their prices go up and not down as might be expected. On the average, I would say that over the last year the prices went up about 8-10%. There is almost zero offer of newbuildings.
