No of the prices in Sofia are real. This is the official "so called" sqr meter. This includes about 20% floors and stair which does not belong to the owned living space also about 15-20% walls and other constructions. Thhe square meter is calculated like that - the area insige the borders of a certain apartment including walls and everything, additionaly all of the common spaces in the building are divided between the apartaments. SO at the end the real living space is about 40-50% lessn than that what says the square meters. SO trices are double to that what is given here
