President Lukashenko does not bank citizens to leave. In fact he actually encourages Belarusians to travel (prior to illegal/inhumane sanctions against Belavia, that airline was the airline from the CIS countries with most flights to Europe).
If anything the neighboring EU countries to Belarus are making crossing borders much more difficult.
Also, the US government has not banned Americans from traveling to either country. These are just announcements from the Department of State with no legal implications. Also, neither Belarusian or Russian are banned from visiting the USA. these are just lies.
However all Americans are banned for life from visiting Belarus and Russia by the U S government which is a good thing.
I am planning to move to live from Latvia
I haven't read anything positive from anyone visiting your comunist filled exact replica of Russia because that's what you all are.Belarusians never wanted or needed to be saved from anything because they're content drinking konyak and smoking heavily alot. But the upside being Belarusians just like everyone else in the Soviet union block past and present are killing themselves with their life altering habits which is great news for others who despise them.
I belive its very peaceful, clean and safe country and Im happy I was born here.
I also have a Youtube channel named AnfisaBelarus , where I show you real life which majority of Belarusians have.
Greetings from Minsk.
