A few of the prices seem wring. Nearly $410 per month net wage? More like $150 a month working 60 hour weeks. I know of a psychiatrist with 30. Years working at government hospital earning $500 a month gross.
My average electric is $12, water $4, garbage $4.
Rent of 3 bedroom, 2 bath in the best part of town $400.
Internet at 6 mbps is $28 unlimited. Taxi anywhere in town $2 or less.
You can just about forget repairing anything. Even if they knew how, there are no parts.
I have lived in 4 Latin countries the last 4 years. Panama is cheapest, Costa Rica by far the highest. But Nicaraguas attraction is low crime and low drug use. That makes it the safest.
