Great data, but unfortunately it omits an important factor: the cost of healthcare. It's not a major issue outside the USA, but in the US the prices can easily 10x more than comparable level of care elsewhere. It is the cause of many American bankruptcies (even among those who have some form of insurance) and is the reason some Americans who seek early retirement often consider other countries.
