If you can avoid peak traffic in the morning and the end of the work day, driving around here during the day and in the evening is very pleasant. No honking, very little road rage and impatience, it always felt like meditation to me, especially compared to where I come from where people are crazy on the roads. Getting used to driving/parking on the steep and narrow roads on the hills took some time.
