These numbers are inflated. Raleigh is one of the better cities in America but nowhere near as good as the rankings on here assume.Safety should be bumped down to moderate, property to income ratio should be bumped from very low to low and climate should be dropped from very high to high. Also purchasing power should be dropped a notch. All around good city but nowhere near as good as the rankings have it set.
