First, Thank you for all the information you provide. It is really appreciated.
I am a long-term Latin American resident. I began working with the American Schools in 1976, and lived uninterrupted in 5 countries in the Americas; Peru, Mexico, Chile, Bolivia and Costa Rica.

I have a very good perspective on most countries in the Americas but have seen so much change over the years. I enjoyed my career but could not adjust to living in the U.S. so I am back in Cochabamba with plans to move in the next six months to a better place. It is very sad that countries like Bolivia and Argentina cannot "get their act together." Both are beautiful countries and I appreciate the opportunity to live and work with some fantastic host country nationals.

Thanks Again for all the information.
