This doesn't seem right. Especially with the inflation happening and the scarcity of houses/flats. The rent is definitely wrong, just a quick look on idealista clears that up.

Scam? What are you talking about. Most people buy from supermarkets. As a malaguno i think the figures quoted here are reasonabke an s good guide, especialy post pandemic.
