Rents have doubled in Durban due to 18% realestate taxes so landlords must raise rents higher just to offset taxes it's unaffordable

Definetely need to add medical aid. Mine is R2200 with Discovery Key Care which pricing is calculated according to your income. Your estimations are very helpfull. I am surprised to note how much % is spent in restaurants.
