I was in france before and can guarantee that I spend much more.
Just the rent is 3400usd for a 3 room furnished villa. Far from what I used to pay in France.
Restaurants are expensive if visiting decent places.
Supermarkets are more expensive too.
You can find cheap things, but in neighborhood were I will not leave (I was not in seine st denis neither in France...), and have to love rice and beans.
1-How much is 3 per month a 3 bedrooms apt in Panama city?
2-How much is a school for a 5 and 8 years old kids?
@AL SMART What you write is true. The market has cooled down somewhat. Overall it is astonishingly stable. You can definitely find good deals if you put in the work. If you just go to the next best real estate agent you probably won't make a good buy.
@Panama City resident $934 should should not be too difficult to find for a one bedroom apartment.
