Cost of living in India if compare globally is less but within India, it depends on which city you stay. Big cities like Mumbai, Bangalore or Delhi are more costly than comparing to small cities identified under class B. Major portion of monthly expanses includes housing rent. The average monthly rent for 2BHK house in Delhi and Mumbai is in the range of Rs.50000 to 60000/-(Fifty to sixty Thousand). The other major part of monthly expanses for family of four with two kids going in school is education cost. Average school fee per child studying in a decent school is monthly Rs.10000/-(Ten thousand) per child.

Delhi average net salary of inr 93422 written in numbeo is absolutely false and misleading. You are lucky to get inr 50,000 a month at best. Average is around inr 36500

I am interested to invest 3 million USD on India and I'd like to know the best city with less real state duties.

I am afraid of Muslim invasion (Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan) to India.. could be worthless if that migration it's not controlled on near future.
