I agree with your points but I also tend to agree with Anonymous. What is presented as Climate Index in a section named "quality of life" is gonna be perceived by most as how pleasant is the weather, temperatures, possibility to stay outside and enjoy the outdoors.

So even if Amsterdam is indeed very green, that doesn't matter when talking about the climate of the city. Same goes for "ideal growth".

There are indeed lovely days in Spring and Summer, but there are still also many rainy and windy days in a quantity which is not comparable to warmer countries, where you can enjoy the whole good season with the occasional bad day. Not 4-3 or 5-2 every week, or worse.

A good climate is more than just temperature. The Netherlands is a very green country, because it has the ideal dew point for ideal growth, contrary to "warm" countries with only some palm trees the Netherlands is full of parks, big parts of cities are well maintained green space. The summers are getting longer and hotter the last years, the winters are pretty mild.
