Looking for a very secured 2 bedroom apartment, condo, or townhome in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. Would like all cost to rent and would like a year lease. If you can provide me more information about water, Air Conditioning, trash, and sewage cost would be helpful.

Security is very important along with being very clean. Also, would medical and markets close if possible.

If you have any other questions, please give my a call.
