These are the cliches you will hear from people of Mysore.
"Mysore is close to Bangalore", "Mysore has connectivity to Bangalore". A typical Mysorean only knows to rent his house, eat curd rice, drink filter coffee and have siesta every afternoon. I am a Gujarati, and I find Mysoreans on an average are quite lazy.
If connectivity to Bangalore matters a lot, then people of Mysore should book all their cremation sites and burial grounds in Bangalore itself. By doing so, you will keep Mysore clean and pollute Bangalore even more. Apart from the palace, there is nothing worth visiting in Mysore. Your Karnataka government is a third rated government run by Hindutva militants and highly corrupt people.
Mysore is what you people call in Kannada - "Halli".
In Mysore, there are ridiculous rules that buildings shouldn't be taller than the palace, buildings should have domes, minarets, etc. Typical 17th century mentality in Mysore.
Just visit Ahmedabad and you will know the meaning of development. Mysore doesn't have an International Airport either. Tell me frankly, your Mysore healthcare is pathetic, education is all due to government, and thanks to the Marketing tactics of your Karnataka government, Mysore will get that nonsensical "Swacch Survekshan" award.
I have visited Mysore. Mysore is definitely a village.

See Before karnataka was named it was called as mysore not bengaluru and moreover i believe ee are lazy as in 1995 state govt wanted to develop both bengaluru and mysuru in International standards with the present outer ring road but in mysore they took 15 years to complete present 70 km ring road but in bengaluru they completed just in 5 years and when mysore had now got outer Ring road bengaluru started making their another ring road so yep we are lazy but world's largest corporate institute is in mysore not delhi or mumbai and even mumbai is slum come mysore and see gokulam, vidyaranyapura, vijaynagar,jp nagara and world famous mysore dasara not palya Okay it was also one of the planned city
