Poor healthcare due to severe lack of staff(let alone the ones that care) and resources. Unless you got shot or dying in other ways, you may not get an ambulance if you call 911 or have any significant attention paid to you in emergency rooms. Some doctors try but overall hospitals are very short staffed and filled with doctors who do not care and will even question your condition, as if you love spending your Saturday nights at a hospital.

Things are better if you go to a decent urgent care, as the few staff that are there dont have to allocate their time to critical patients, meaning you get a bit more attention.
