Your Aug 2015 "Data Used For This Analysis" prices are misleadingly high, even at the bottom of the ranges you quote; real [careful] shoppers in my northern Washington Heights neighborhood's 4+ Markets pay about the following:
MILK: $3.20/gal [for Dry Powder in 20qt size]
BREAD: $2.00/lb [your 'Range' low = our 'Sale' price]
RICE: $0.40/lb [$20lb/$8 "Sale" - it stores forever]
EGGS: $2.25/MedDoz [equivalent available almost every other week]
CHEESE: $2.00/8xBlock [your 'Range' Low = our 'Sale' price]
CUTLET: $2.00/lb [it's a rare week we're not offered this price]
. . . . . . . . .
My 'best price' for the last of your 5 is about 1/2 your 'Low Range'
though this requires 1 or 2 weekly 1.5+ mile walking/shopping circuits.
As to your "Avg", only young 1st-Timers just learning the ropes and the top
10% pay through the nose like this, even here in Manhattan.

And, for those needing a car, stores like Aldi & Costco offer even greater savings.
[Jarlsberg $5.75, Yogurt $2/qt, FrzMeatBalls 6lb@$18, PotatoSalad 2lb@$2.59].

As a practical matter, I'd "get by" on $250/mo though $300 is probably more realistic.
