hello,

Can you tell me how much does it cost to buy 2 bedroom (approximately 65-70 m square) apartment outside of center in Baltimore MD... And also, if you have this kind of information: if the buyer is not USA citizen, are there any different regulations or do USA government give the buyer some conditions or special offers?

thanks in advance,

Konstantine Uberi
