Cost of Living in Novosibirsk

some of the prices are incorrect or do not apply for the majority of the city, specifically housing. There are some areas and buildings in which the prices for monthly utilities is nearly 5,500 rubles, but in most other locations for a one bedroom apartment the total utilities including 100mbit internet and american/european tv stations, is around 2,000. For example I have a one bedroom apartment around 450 square feet, and the price for apartment + all services is 20,000+2,000. Food average, cost for transport, etc are correct.
The main issue with the above is assuming center location and very large apartment (two or more rooms), vs the more typical situation of a studio or one bedroom apartment (tho still comfortable sized) and located just on the edge of the center. (walking to the opera house for me is around 30 minutes if I take it slow, 22 minutes if I am in a hurry)
My girlfriend has a one bedroom in the center, for 25,000+2,000 a month rent/utilties. and it it literaly 5 minute stroll from the opera house

enough only for rent, utilities and food(12000 rub to be health).After all major expenses(rent,utilities,food at supermarket,monthly pass,internet,mobile) you will have 1000-2000 rub(15-30$), exept Moscow (the rest in Moscow is 70-120$)
